Oscars 2011: Nominationen für die Academy Awards
Das Oscar-Rennen habe ich dieses Jahr bisher eher niederschwellig beobachtet. Immerhin weiss ich, dass zwar zehn Filme eine Nomination in der Kategorie «Best Film» erhalten, aber die Auszeichnung ganz bestimmt an «The Social Network» oder «The King’s Speech» gehen wird. «The Social Network» räumte vor allem bei den Kritikern ab. Am vergangenen Wochenende meldete sich aber «The King’s Speech» durch die Auszeichnung der Producers Guild of America im Rennen zurück. Heute zeigte sich, dass der Film mit 12 Nominationen für die 83rd Academy Awards das Feld klar anführt. Colin Firth hat seine Dankesrede schon bereit. Ausserdem bemerkenswert: «Toy Story 3» ist erst der dritte dritte Teil, der in der Kategorie «Best Film» eine Nomination erhält. Welches waren die beiden anderen dritten Teile?
